Temps Q
Win2k pro, A7NX dl rev 2, Barton 2500 2*Sata drives, mirrored, 2*ide hd,
cdrw, corsair512 2700 Not overclocked, std bios settings, sys runs 24/7, Lian Li ally. case, 2*fans, True Pwr psu I have mobo temp of 45C and cpu 53C at idle, using asus monitor, ie web browsing Is this to be expected/within norms? |

I think these are high, I have the same board and case 2600+ occlocked and Im at 40 idle and 50-55 under high load, ambiant temp is 20celcius. Asus moniter? Probe? what version? Gordon |

I agree..I have same board..Barton 2500 running at 3000+ speeds..MB sensor
at 20 - CPU at 34 idle..hit mid 40's after gaming..but I also have a Chenmng case with 5 low speed LED fans and a Tt Volcano 11 at 2500 rpm...room temp is 22 celsius right now. and this is using MBM and AIDA32 |

Coolmaster xp 3200+ cpu heatsink/fan Fan controlled via mobo Asus FX5200 video - I use office apps, v.few games Aida32 shows mobo 44c, cpu 52c, diode 59c cpu fan 2480, chasis 1690, psu 2480 "dino" wrote in message ... OK, realised filter was partially blocked, now mobo 31c, cpu 44c

that is not too bad...did you put Arctic Silver 3 or 5 between Cooler and
CPU?...that will drop the temp even a few degrees more |

Cannot remember, probably, sys has been up & running for 6mnths
