Default Temps Q

Win2k pro, A7NX dl rev 2, Barton 2500 2*Sata drives, mirrored, 2*ide hd,
cdrw, corsair512 2700
Not overclocked, std bios settings, sys runs 24/7, Lian Li ally. case,
2*fans, True Pwr psu
I have mobo temp of 45C and cpu 53C at idle, using asus monitor, ie web

Is this to be expected/within norms?

that is not too bad...did you put Arctic Silver 3 or 5 between Cooler and
