Default Opinion on DELL Inspiron 1150?

I am thinking on buying a DELL Inspiron 1150 with Windows XP Professional,
Pentium-4 2.8Mhz, 512Mb Memory, 30Gb Hard Drive and a combo CDR-DVD.

Main Purpose: SQL Server Personal Version, Visual Studio Programming and MS
Office (EXcel Word, PPT).

Performance and Cost are primary. This is around 1K.

Opinion Please?

Why don't you get a pc elsewhere with an Athlon 64 processor?

You can get a nice Athlon 64 3000+ machine for well under $1,000.
A 30 gig hard drive is also much too small. Get one with at least
a 120 gig hard drive.
