I am looking at purchasing a PC with this Gigabyte MB for use with AMD 288+
CPU and 512 DDR333 RAM.

Any comments appreciated.

I have one of these in my desktop computer with an XP2800 processor and 1mb
of 333 ram.

Stable abd reliable with good performance as a general purpose office
computer. On borad video is no good for games though and as my son likes to
use it for that I have just ordered a new video card. The onboard sound is
ok too, but not "hi fi".

In all, it seems good performance for money so I recommend it.

I have had ECS and MSI mobo's to and don't recommend either of those.

Simon.
