Default Estimating Power Consumption

Could someone help me ballpark my pc power consumption? or is there a site
that will help me with this or a program that would do it for me? I bought
an UPS and I may have undersize it....
My system:
PC Chips Motherboard M830
Integrated sound SIS c-media ac-97
Integrates modem mlr
AMD Thoroughbred-B Athlon XP 2100
Nvidia video card Gforce2 MX 64 MB
512 MB DDR Ram 2100
two hard drives
1 CDRW
1 Floppy
PS 300W
Any idea about a ball park power consumption?
Thanks,
mac
