Default Decent support contact for PIONEER?

Hi!

I'm located in Canada and I'm trying to find some kind of support/RMA
process to follow for my Pioneer DVR-A05 DVD writer. This is a retail box
unit, so it should be coverered for at least a year.

When the drive is connected to my computer, it may cause a random reboot
anyplace from right away to 12 or more hours later. The PC runs fine when
the drive is not connected.

Can someone suggest a decent contact address or web page for Pioneer
regarding defective components?

Thanks!
