Default Making new partition in WIN 2K server

I want to make a new partition in WIN 2K server, I go to Management, Disk
Management and there is no option to make a new partition.

I have:
C: local drive 80Gb with about 60Gb free
D: DVDRom
E: CDRW

and I want to make G: another partition of C so I can load XP onto G and
make a Dual Boot, How do i make a new partition?

If the drive has initially been setup as a single partition using all
available space then you need a utility like Partition Magic to reduce
the size of the original partition and create a new one.

You'll need a 3rd party tool eg. PartitionMagic

Or, DL BootIt NG ( http://www.bootitng.com ), unzip and execute BOOTITNG.EXE
to create the floppy, boot the floppy, and at the Welcome to Setup screen,
hit Cancel, and follow the prompts to the partition manager. Now downsize
the C: partition (w/ Resize), and use the freespace gained to allocate and
format another partition. Hit Close, remove the floppy, and reboot.
