Default PCI SATA card this fully SATA ?

I mean has it got all the things a Mainboard has for SATA ?

I just want to get a SATA drive and my board don't have any SATA
connectors.

Will i get true 150mbs ? well 80mbs real speed or somthign like that

Thanks.

Nope, youll get PCI buss speed. Only the Intell ICH5 chip set will give you
the theoretical 150mbs. The nly thing you will get is the small cable . DOUG
