Default Presario 1010 notebook info.

I Have a Compaq Presario 1010 notebook with a dead mobo ( thought it was a
1020). I picked a newboard (1020) up on ebay. First of all, is the 1020
compatable with the 1010 unit? Also, if I wanted to upgrade from the P120
cpu, what are my options. How do I go about getting the BIOS software and
any other things I might need when I switch it out? This
unit seems to be pretty hard to get info on.

Thanks - Any help appreciated
