Default Hard Drives

I am looking into buying a Seagate Cheetah 15K RPM hard drive. The specs
say it uses Ultra-320 SCSI 80 Pins. I also plan to buy a new Intel board
for the system I'm building. I am new to building my own system, and don't
know if I will have to buy something extra to mate the hard drive with the
board. I'm wondering this because the smaller drives use Ultra-160 SCSI 68
pin. Will they both still mate with the board without having to buy
something extra for the 320 SCSI 80 Pin?

Also, are there alternatives to the manner in which you hook it up for a
faster throughput?

Thanks,
Craig Burke
