Default 7NNXP Raid and CPU Problems, new install

Upgraded my MB with a new 7nnxp, the board is seeing my AMD 2100+ as an
1500+. I have tried setting fsb and cpu ratio in the bios but it does not
change the processor speeds.

Second issue is when I put a second drive on the raid controller the system
will not boot to OS. Bios sees both drives correctly. If I move one of the
drives to IDE the system boots but drive read speed is at a crawl. Any
ideas??

Thanks in advance

Clock Switch should be on.

Not enough data on the drive. DId u control G to see if it was set up by the
controller? Was the drive fdisked and fromatted. Are the jumpers right etc.
