How do I switch to NON-Turbo mode on GW 486 system?

Default How do I switch to NON-Turbo mode on GW 486 system?

Does anyone know how you get a P4D-66 (desktop model, not a tower) to run in
Non-Turbo mode? I need to slow down to 33mhz to run OLD games.
