Default OT YouTube video settings?

Is there a way to set the default YouTube video playback to
low-quality? It is cool for instant access to golden oldies (and
some new stuff I should become familiar with). Using low-quality
video by defaul might help with the playback speed.

I have to pass this one on as it's so freaking useful.

Here's a video of a 10 year old girl

Instead of the BS work up, you can start right into what you
want to pass on to someone else.

You need javascript enabled for it to work.

Just add M#t=3m45 to the end of the link.

Change the numbers for your use, in my case 1m and 35 seconds.
and yes the M disappears in the link
