Default P4P800DX-E - Availability?

Greetings,

Is this board in the channel yet? I haven't seen it pop up on
pricewatch yet, but I've seen a couple posts from people that have the
board...

Also, anyone using Kingston HyperX 512 meg sticks with the P4P? Asus
has the 256 as compatible, but doesn't mention the 512.

Thanks,
mp

got mine from Newegg.com, they were in stock last week.

Using Corsair 3500C2 512 x 2 sticks at default SPD timings, no
problem.

Hi,

Just looking at buying this RAM too.

What sort of overclocking have your tried? I've read of people using this
RAM with FSB at 250 and memory ratio at 5:4 (i.e. so RAM is running at spec:
250 x 5/4 = 200Mhz).

TIA, Cliff

I am using 2 x 256k Kingston KVR400X64C25/256. System won't overclock. I
wish I had insisted on the Corsair RAM
