Default Ntbackup.exe DL availability?

I am using a preinstalled XP Home on my Compaq Presario 5000. I
found out that Ntbackup is not installed, but is available on the
XP Home CD. Unfortunately, Compaq only provided a recovery CD, no
system CD. It's not on there. I searched C and D on my HD and
it's not there either.

Anyone know of somewhere I can DL a copy? I tried Google but
didn't see anything. If I don't hear anything here, I'll try
Google again.
