Default Epson C42UX / C44UX Refilling?????????

Can anyone comment on successful procedures for refilling the cartridges in
these printers?????
I've got all the syringes, ink & chip resetter etc. But after reading around
am getting differing instructions as to how to refill.

Some say to seal the outlet holes before refilling, others say dont.

Some say to inject into the sponge, others say to inject under the sponge

Some say to reseal the top filling holes after refilling, other say to leave
them open

A little confused as to what procedures give best results!!!

Just want a way that works!!!!

TIA
