Default time to upgrade mobo "socket A"

Current setup
Asus a7n8x-x
Amd Athlon xp 2600 OC'd @ 2375MHZ (12.5 X 190 Mhz Vcore 1.85)
512MB Rosewill PC3200
GeForce MX4000 128MB AGP


I was thinking of upgrading my mobo to ABIT NF7-S version 2
any suggestions on possibly a better mobo?
definately need to o.c. and could use Raid sata

forgot pci express could be useful as well but not a necessity
