Default Any Tower System With Hotswap Drives?

Does HP make any small servers that are in a tower configuration and work
with standard hotswap SCSI drives? What are the best options?

Yes, several.

What are you requirements, and what types of drives/trays do you want to
use?

....U2 trays, 36GB SCSI, and pretty simple requirements on CPU memory. CPUs
could be as few as two 2 GHz or faster. Memory should be minimum 4GB.

Look at any of the ML3xx G3/G4 Lines

Th ML370 is a fine little machine and should give you at least what you are
looking for.
