Default Brother HL1050/1060 drum repair?

I have 2 drums showing their age - scratches on the page.

The DR-300 drums cost nearly as much as a new printer.

There used to be parts available to repair the drums, but I can't find
any reference to current sources.

Can anybody help with this problem?
