Minolta 1060 and Windows XP not working!

How do I get my Minolta 1060 to work with Windows XP, I looked
everywhere for a driver but couldn't find it! Is it compatible to any
other printer or is there an other way in which I can make things
Work? Thanx if you reply!!!!
