[Printer for pictures] Compatibility with DPOF / Direct Print
Hi,
I have a Canon PowerShot G2 digital camera. The manual indicates that it is compatible with DPOF (Digital Print Order Format), to print pictures on DPOF printers. I am interrested in the Canon Selphy CP500 (or CP400) printer which accepts PictBridge or Canon Direct Print digital cameras. The printer was in demonstration in a shop and the salesman did not succeed to print a picture directly from my digital camera (PowerShot G2). My digital camera is not PictBridge which seems to be new, but is it possible to print with this printer since there is the Direct Print icon on the first page of my digital camera's manual? Thanks by advance for your help, I find any information on my manuel or in the Internet. Vince |
