Believe the hype quad core and dual 8800 GTX with 4mb of RAM (even if it is 667) makes FS9 with sliders maxed AWESOME. I Upgraded from Dell P4 with 1 G RAM. And F&%#* Velocity Micro, Dell delivers, VM delivers excuses.

V M is NOT inferior, they build quality machines. For me, they had a

I've been happy with Dell over the last 15 years - now I'm ready for a new
machine, so i'm looking for a reasonably afordable desktop with DDR 2 800 or better memory, Intel Core Duo 6850 (not the $5,000 gamer rigs) I check the Dell web site expectantly each morning.
