Default GeForce 8800 drivers & WHQL

Microsoft doesn't have a good track record for releasing stable products to
begin with, so WHQL means nothing.

If WHQL was a 100% guarantee, companies wouldn't need to release any
driver after the first WHQL one as all the bugs would have been fixed.
