Default HELP!!! - Intermittent system crash - Blue Screen of Death - when burning

I am running XP Pro with SP1 on an Athlon system with 500MB ram. I get
random system crashes while burning with the lastest versions of
Alcohol and Nero.
Sometimes I am able to burn 20 or more CDs before a crash and at other
times it crashed on my 1st. Usually when burning cue/bin or iso files.
Any advise and/or recommendations on troubleshooting or solving this
problem appreciated.

TIA,
Arawak

Did you read the logs in event viewer? This
often offers clues to what causes your crash.
