Default Easy SmartDoctor Question

I have an ASUS V9520 VideoSuite card on a P4P800 Deluxe and have had all
sorts of video problems. I've googled all sorts of posts that pin the
problem on
SmartDoctor. If I stop using SmartDoctor (and all other Asus utilities),
does the
fan speed on my video card just run at the max all of the time? The fan is
very
quiet even at the highest speed and if I could get rid of my video related
problems
by not using it, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Thanks,

Brian

I've had a specific graphics problem on my 9560 that went away with
the removal of SmartDoctor. This was a pain as the fan on the 9560 is
particularly noisy and I was using SmartDoctor to reduce the fan speed
and noise. The 9560 card will run quite happily without SmartDoctor
installed - the fans just run at full speed, I imagine it will be the
same for your 9520.
