Default V-Tuner 2 and new Gigabyte X800 XT

Just purchased a new Gigabyte X800 XT vid card. While installing it, the
manual says to install the overclocking utility titled 'V-Tuner 2'.
However, on the cd that came with the card, it has 'V-Tuner' not the 2nd
version. I'm just wondering how much of a difference there is in the two
versions, and if I should pursue the 2nd version. I looked briefly on the
gigabyte web site, and didn't find anything like that on the site.

thanks
