Same as the "Compusa" thread or the one where
his card was overheating and then not.

No, that was your thread, not mine.

Find it and show me lying mother****er.

You fabricate a "CompUSA thread" then a "overheating" thread,
and attribute them to me, so don't accuse *me* of lying about what you
said, you damn hypocrite.

That would be true if they were actually "false" accusations.

And yet you can find no quote, no thread, no post of these
'moronic' things I supposedly said.

You need to understand something....a NG is a forum to discuss things.
Part of that is warning others of bad products, bad policies of
unscrupulous vendors. So when you read my posts warning people of,
say, a vendor that recycles bad cards to unsuspecting customers,
don't characterize my post as "whining" or "complaining".
I'll continue to perform this service just as 99% of the people
in this NG do, so if it upsets you to hear of bad products, don't read
my posts.

Just set both values to 425 by enabling coolbits registry patch.
I believe the problem affects all cards that run at separate speeds (i.e.
those that have been increased by manufacturers to 425mhz).

The issue of having different 2d/3d clock speeds is not unique to PNY -
my Point Of View card had the same problems.

All ok since syncing the 2 speeds.

Paul

I've tried 3 different cards, PNY, BFG, evGA. The BFG and evga worked
fine at different 2d/3d speeds. the PNY did not.

How did you sync the clocks? I found that the 2d and 3d list of values
are different.

Here you go asswipe, read em' and weep.

These broken links that go nowhere simply prove what I've been saying
all along. No wonder you're the laughing stock of the NG.

That worked for me on the 'recycled' PNY card....for about 2 hours. Then,
for no apparent reason, I got an error message whenever I tried to set
the 2D clock to 425 (or any other value other than 400).

Actually they prove that you need to fix your system. You appear to be the
only one for whom they are broken.

Ok, so I posted to a thread which mentioned
CompUSA. So what? In this thread, I pointed out that Comp has
15% restocking fee. What's your point? What about all the others
who posted to this thread?
