Default upgrade from GA-7IXE4 to GA-7DXE questions

hi

i had an old GA7IXE4 mobo with a 1.3 Ghz Athlon (200mhz) cpu in it,
unfortunatly the mobo went faulty and i upgraded at the time.

now i was going to upgrade my daughter's pc using the cpu and memory from
that board, however i have a problem.

the website say's it will take this sort of cpu no problem, however the
manual says 1.4ghz and over.

i also had 133mhz sd-ram in it.

so i suspect the mobo wont take the ram as the voltages are going to be
different (or am i wrong?).

but will this board take the cpu or not?

if i need to replace the memory what type should i fit? PC1600 or PC2100?

thanks in advance to those who help
