Default MSI 8600GT - passive cooling

I'm putting together a new system based on the ABIT IP35 motherboard.

Id like to use one of the MSI 8600 cards (nx8600gt-t2d256ez). I really
like that
it has passive cooling. I hate fans and fan noise.

I'm concerned that the heat sink will not fit, either hitting the
heatsink on the northbridge, or hitting the heat pipe to the south
bridge.

Does anyknow if this card will fit? Nobody provides any dimensions,
so
it's just up to someone that's done it.

The card will clear the northbridge heat sink, but may interfere with the
DIMM slot levers. You could always use the second PCIe x16 physical slot.
The x4 transfer rate will not hurt performance.
