I'M pretty sure that your card is a video in only no hardware for encoding are in it. like the x700pro vivo. It play thing manage thing in its bundle, but one thing is sure my windows does it all + you have other software for encoding and ripping. So My guess would be to buy a simple agp card or getting an tv tuner pci card that encode thing from the signal that you've plug-in. |
