What Does this mean whr booting up ou server

Compaq proliant error non function voltage regulator module for processor 2
and 1?

it means that your VRM's are missing, incompatable, or failed. Its odd to
have 2 failed a the same time. makes me wonder if they are incompatable.
Needs 12v support and should be VRM 8.3 compliant.
