Input On Card Upgrade
Good day all,
I work primary with image editing and sound recording. Some images can = get quite large in MBs. I use PSP 8.1, and sometimes 7.04 when I'm in a = hurry because I'm more use to it. The computer I use is a custom built = one, and would like to upgrade the whole thing but can't afford it right = now(Retired Military). Just looking for the most card that will fit my = current build. Thanks for your input. Currently I'm not a gamers. Sorry if below is = too much info. ATI do 3 current cards - 9200 - 9600 and 9800.
They are (for modern games) low end, medium and top of the range respectively. They come in 3 flavours - SE, standard and Pro (or XT). Your motherboard has a 2x AGP port which should support any of these tho it wont run them at full speed i.e. 8x Considering your current machine and budget I would suggest the 9200 "JB" wrote in message ... ATI 9100, still a few cards left for sale on www.pricewatch.com
