Default Virtual Memory Size

I messed with the Virtual Memory size when getting help/advice for a memory
intensive program. Machine isn't running quite right and the hard drive is
more active than normal. I'd like to put it back to what it was. I know
the first number was 1533MB. I can't remember the last number. I have 1gb
of ram. I don't 'think' I've tweaked that number in the past so it should
be the default number. Have a 160gb hard drive.
Thanks, Monica

Just pick the option to let Windows manage the size.
