Rebate for the Logitech Cordless Elite Duo

Hello,

I need two UPC codes cut from the box of a Logitech Cordless Elite
Duo. The reason I need them is to redeem a rebate from Logitech. I
ordered mine from justdeals.com and they just sent them in plain brown
boxes, so there wasn't a UPC code to cut from the box. I will pay
$5.00 for each UPC code. In case you are wondering, the offer is only
good if you completed your purchase on or before August 31, 2003.
