Default xp 2800 or 3000

Is there any real speed diffrance in the Xp 2800 and the Xp 3000. I
currently have a xp 2000 and going to upgrade. I do video encoding and
capturing, and was just wondering there was any real spead diffrance in the
two cpus. Also Im not planning on overclocking. Thanks Jay
