Default Problem with a PCI USB 2.0 card

I installed a PCI card which upgraded my 1.1 port to a 2.0 port. It was
working for awhile - but now seems to have reverted to a 1.1 speed. Is
there a way (utility maybe?) to clock the transfer speed of my 2.0 USB
ports? Thanks..........

How many devices do you have connected to that port?

My card has 5 ports and I've connected four of them to powered multi-ports.
This used to work until I installed a Matrox G450 graphics accelerator.

Correlation may not be causation in this case. USB 2 will revert to USB
1.1 speeds if you have a USB 1.1 device connected to the port. Also,
bandwidth is shared among the devices connected to a port, and this will
slow things down for the individual devices.
