Default how schedule a PC power on?

How do you schedule XP to turn on the PC at a certain time of day?
Ive looked all over, in Power Options and in Help and I have done it before
but cant find how to do it now.

Go into the computer's bios. You'll find it under power

How do you run XP's schedule if the PC is power off?

Simple solution:

Insert small capacitor in parallel with front panel ON/OFF switch.
Plug AC cord into AC timer.

Your computer will come on at the set time of the timer.
