Default Is my ABIT BH6 1.0 DEAD? Can it be SAVED? HOW?

Previous condition:
-Worked flawlesslessy for long time as I've upgraded thru the years


Present condition:
-power lights do come on
-no beeps though
-power supply fan does comes on
-cpu fan comes on
-keyboard lights flicker on as usual
-screen remains black - absolutely nothing at all
-both Hard Drives do not whirr at start up
-reset button does not activate, won't work
-won't turn off -must use power supply kill switch


-tried switching Power Supply -no change
-tried switching cpu -no change


Win98SE
CPU: Celeron 1.3Ghz using Powerleap Slotket
RAM: 384Mb of 3x128 Samsung, other?
Graphics Card: Aiw128 16MB PCi
Power Supply: 250W NSpire
Storage: WD200GB, WD 250GB, HP burner, CDROM

Mine has died also. Tried three different p/s, three different cpus,
cmos bat, clearing cmos, different memory, no memory and taking it out
of the case. Trying again after not touching it for a few months, no
change. All caps look fine, no bulging, no leaking. No burnt odors.
