Default Upgrading video card

Hi! I'm looking to upgrade my video card in my Presario 5230 from an
Nvidia Vanta Lt to a GeForce card. I was contemplating the GeForce 4
but I don't know if that's too much card for my system. I'm aware
that there's the possibility of power voltage or not enough power.
Does anyone know if the Presario 5230 can handle the GeForce 4? Or is
there a better card that I can use that won't result in any
incompatibility with my current system setup. Thanks.
Clarence
