Default DL320 not booting from ATA disk when SCSI disk present

Hi,

Maybe I'm just being stupid, but:

We have a couple of DL320's here running Linux. No problem. However,
when we connect a SCSI disk (array) the thing desn't boot anymore. We
have tried reinstalling the OS, and the installation software sees both
disks during the install, but fails to boot. If we disconnect the SCSI
disk it boots ok. And, yes, we have checked the boot controller
sequence, the IDE is the first.

Any ideas?

Cheers,

Torbjorn Moa, Univ. of Stockholm
