To upgrade or not
I currently use All in Wonder 7500 for recording VCR tapes to DVD. Thinking
of upgrading to the 9700. Can anyone tell me if the 9700 really captures better video than the 7500. Robert |

But you only need to break the threshold-- and it is easy since these days everyone has something better than the required Pentium III 600MHz. However, you will have much better frame rate. The improvement could be over 100%. If you use the card for gaming experience, go for it. Just for recording, stay put. |
