What I get to p/u today...

I guess I was lucky monitoring my craigslist RSS feeds for Compaq "stuff"..
I've been looking for some spare 36.4Gb 1" SCA/SCSI drives just in case any
of mine fail to reduce/eliminate downtime. Anyway, I almost bought one off
ebay last weekend for $40/shipping (~$55 total). So, someone yesterday in
my area posted an ad for two of them for $25.. Of course I jumped on that
deal (to me I think it's a pretty good price for the older/smaller drives).

So, hopefully they'll be in good shape when I go check them out at lunch
today..

This guy is selling several new larger HDs, 2 brand-new DL380 G4 servers,
a couple of spare fans for the aforemention DL380s, and a few Cisco routers
w/ DSUs installed for $2500.. While I think the deal is probably good in
general only if you plan to use some of the equipment.. There are tons
of DL380s on Ebay and nobody seems to be interested in them as they just
don't sell.. Oh well.. I don't need that stuff anyway..
