Default Drivers fail to start

I'm having a problem that a lot of other people seem to have had, but don't
see a solution out there. I just got an 8500 AIW Pro and my WDM Video Audio
Crossbar and ATI WDM Rage Theater Audio drivers fail to start. I'm using
the latest drivers. I've got the latest DirectX, I've updated my motherboard
drivers. I've tried a million ways of reinstalling/verify the latest ATI
drivers are installed, etc. and continue to have the problem. Does anyone
have any insight into this problem?
