Canon Printers and the address book
Canon has a dialing directory built into their faxing software. It
looks exactly the same as the WAB looks only it is not the same. The way I send faxes is to have the document open and select "Print" Windows then shows me a list of printers. Canon fax is one of the options. It gives me a list of names and I can store the numbers there. The problem with using the software this way is, the address book that comes up will only allow you to add or delete entries. It won't allow you to edit the entries. If I just run wab.exe I get the address book, but the address book it uses is not the same as the one Canon uses. Does anyone know of a way to edit the Canon version of the address book? |
