Default harware problem (maybe voltage problem )whatever plz help

hi guys, i just seen this problem many times and it’s annoying me !
sometimes when i turn on the computer (mine or anyone else)the light
are on but doesn’t boot at all and the screen is off(standby)...!!!
then when i unplug the power cable ...wait seconds
then turn it on again it works ... just out of curiosity does anybody
know WHY??? is it the capacitors?? why??

I was hoping Kony would answer your question because I have the same
problem. I'm keeping my computer on all the time now because I never know
when it will not boot (doesn't even POST, no beeps or anything).

I checked out my motherboard and there were some leaking capacitors.
Rather than trying to fix it, I just bought a new motherboard (and a new
power supply while I was at it).


So far, so good.
