My present system is as follows: O/S Win XP SP2 Motherboard ID 06/21/2000-I815 -CUSL2-00 Motherboard Name Asus CUSL2 BIOS Type Award Medallion Award BIOS Type Award Modular BIOS v6.0 Award BIOS Message ASUS CUSL2 ACPI BIOS Revision 1001.A System BIOS Date 06/21/00 BIOS Manufacturer Company Name Phoenix Technologies Ltd. HDD: 15GB QUANTUM FIREBALLP LM15 Manufacturer Quantum Hard Disk Family Fireball Plus LM Family Code Name Katana Form Factor 3.5" Formatted Capacity 15020 million bytes Rotational Speed 7200 RPM Average Seek 8.5 ms Interface Ultra-ATA/66 Buffer Size 2 MB Question: Is anyone using a 40GB HDD or higher with this Bios in this motherboard? Reason: I want to change my HDD to 60GB without upgrading the BIOS. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank You Urak |
