Turn of LiveUpdate on Asus video driver 45.23
I just installed the latest Asus Nvida driver 45.23. Everytime I do a
cold boot my computer tries to connect to Asus for some reason. Can anyone tell me how to turn this off? Didn't do this before installing the new driver. Dennis |

Of course you can also achieve this through start msconfig, or through regedit, manually deleting the Asus live update entry from HKLM/Run, but Startup is a nifty utility, ending up in your control panel, easy to use. I don't know exactly how the live update app is called (as I removed it myself), but you'll identify it quickly enough with Startup. -- CeeBee "I am not a crook" |
