Screwed up display
2nd Try
My system is a Chaintech 7VJL5 motherboard, AMD 1400 CPU and a PNY GeForce4 TI4200 AGP8X, WindowsXP Service Pack 2. My games, Sacred and Dungeon Siege were working OK with driver 41.09, but I decided to try driver 77.72 with the attached result. I reverted back to 41.09 without success. The skewed display remained. I went through the approved procedu 1. Remove the drivers via the Control Panel 2. Reboot and allow the generic drivers to load. 3. I also used NFR to remove Nvidia drivers from Windows/System 32. Since then I have tried various dirvers with the same result. Any help would be appriciated. Bob |

Stop.
Wait up. * Don't keep posting the same message, or variants of the same message, give it a few days for replies to appear. * Don't post messages with attachments to Usenet newsgroups. * If you wish to make an image available, post a link to the image (put the image on a personal web page or up load it to a newsgroup that is specifically for sharing images. A good description of the displayed omage, along with specific information about the display settings is necessary. If you don't share that information you can't get much help. For example, have you tried changing the hardware acceleration slider? Diagnosing a computer related problem is not magic; it requires LOTS of information; the more obscure the problem, the more information that's necessary. Without that information, the image is useless/ Phil Weldon "Bob Kulp" wrote in message ...
