VM4630G with Win7 32 or 64 - both having problem with flashing screen
in IE 11 AND typing loosing characters/ pausing.

After checking all kinds of resources I found the video drivers were
not current. Upgraded the drivers - and VOILA!!! no more missed
characters AND no more flashing!!!!
