I will reply in the same context-free way the question was asked.

1) Move the mouse wire to a different port.
2) Keep the mouse nano-receiver and mouse itself,
away from the side of the PC with the running
USB3 wire operating on it. (Interference)
3) Check mouse battery.
4) Check for high I/O or interrupt rate above 10000
on some hardware (RealTek PCI bus NIC).
5) Check for all CPU cores pinned (high CPU).
6) Buy a Logitech mouse.
