I have four cores + HT cores. Does that count?

According to it, my current installed Windows XP Pro. SP3's files show
its D3d9.dll as v5.3.2600.5512 and dated 4/14/2008 5:41 AM. How do I get
this KB file? I don't see an option to download it.
